Baltimore Museum of Industry Wedding :: Rachel+Jeff

She couldn’t place it when the doors to the church opened, but a familiar tune was playing on the piano. Rachel’s mouth dropped open when she stepped through the doors and realized that it was her soon-to-be husband playing at the piano. The happiest smile beamed across her face as her dad prompted her to continue the walk down the aisle. Father Joe Muth performed a very touching and personal ceremony at the Marikle Chapel at Notre Dame, and guests cheered as Rachel+Jeff were pronounced husband and wife. Fun-loving and light-hearted, before recessing down the aisle, Jeff took his camera out of his tuxedo pocket and took a picture of all of their guests – I’d love to see that one!

After a few pictures in the beautiful chapel, we headed down to the Baltimore Museum of Industry where the party was waiting to get started. The Koko Brothers kept the guests on the dance floor the whole night, and were super-fun and energetic! Guests enjoyed delicious food by Events Catering Company, and a fun photobooth, provided by Priceless Pics. My Flower Box Events provided gorgeous wedding bouquets and centerpieces, as usual – they always do such beautiful work! The ever-fabulous Jamie C, was my second shooter, and helped to capture all the special moments. A Crown Royale toast was made to the dearly departed, and the apron for the apron dance was made of Rachel’s grandfather’s Crown Royale bags.

Faced with their wedding day being the hottest day of the year (109 degrees!!), Rachel+Jeff took it in stride, and we managed to keep everyone cool and inside! We were rewarded, however, with a killer sunset, which were the only pictures I begged them to step outside for! Well worth it, I’d say! 😉 All-in-all, this Baltimore themed wedding was amazing!!

Rachel+Jeff, thanks for allowing me to capture your big day! I hope you had an amazing time on your honeymoon in the Riviera Maya!
