Ellicott City Engagement Photos :: Christa+Kevin

Christa+Kevin are seriously troopers for freezing their booties off for their late winter Ellicott City Engagement Photos!  I always love when couples choose a location with meaning, and since Christa grew up in Ellicott City, it made perfect sense to do their engagement session there!  We met at the Trolley Stop restaurant, where they both had a shot or two of liquid courage…I don’t know why, there is nothing to be scared about with MY engagement sessions!!  haha!  I always make sure that we have fun, as you can see in the series below!  I asked Christa+Kevin to walk like they were in a 3-legged race, but to cross legs on every step  (something that is pretty impossible, but really brought out the genuine laughter as they gave it their best shot!)  With so many nooks & crannies in this historic part of town, there are endless opportunities for great photos, including Tiber Alley!  We wandered along the streets, and stopped in at the B&O Railroad Museum, where there are some lovely tracks to shoot along.  We finished the session with a few fun pics for their Save The Dates (those of you lucky enough to be getting one will get to see those!!), and then Christa+Kevin were off to warm up at dinner on the town!  Thanks for an amazing session you two!  Can’t wait for your Royal Sonesta wedding!
Much Love,  tPoz

lol – Dani, who knows where I get 1/2 of my thoughts & ideas!? I had it in my head that Laverne & Shirley did something like that, but when I went to look at the you tube of the opening credits – it’s nowhere near what I was thinking of! haha!!

The dreamy light photos of them in front of the Ellicott City bridge are so beautiful! And the 3-legged race laughing shots are adorable.
