Engagement Proposal in Baltimore :: Ryan+Stacy

Even on a chilly bleak afternoon, Federal Hill Park always makes for a great scene for an engagement proposal in Baltimore!  These two were visiting from out of town, and Ryan knew that they wanted to make this trip a special one. Stacy was beyond thrilled to say YES to Ryan’s proposal!
