National Aquarium Wedding :: Janeen+Chuck

The freezing cold couldn’t hold back Janeen+Chuck’s warm & intimate National Aquarium wedding! I met up with Janeen and the girls at the Renaissance Hotel, and gushed over the detail of her gown, the jewelry, and the stationery, as the girls relaxed with a glass of wine! The night before, they were treated to in-room back massages as they sipped wine & played Cards Against Humanity! (sounds amazing to me!)

After Janeen slipped into her beautiful gown, she read an emotional card from her soon-to-be-hubby, and then we were off to the Aquarium for her First Look with both her son, Logan, and with Chuck! Both of their reactions to seeing Janeen were priceless! We moved as quickly as possible, to shoot as much as we could outside the Aquarium, and these two were absolute troopers! It was so cold that my shooting finger was frozen & I had a hard time talking with my mouth freezing! So you know that they were cold! A big thanks to my assistant, Megan, for holding up the crazy amount of foot traffic several times during this day! 🙂 Then when we couldn’t take it anymore, we headed inside to shoot with the beauty of the Aquarium serving as a backdrop. I simply love those tall glass tank windows!

The girls from Moore & Co Event Stylists created such a wonderland of a scene in both the Dolphin viewing room, and the Harbor Overlook room! I was blown away by the stunning florals from Blush Floral Design, the amazing glittery linens, and the tablescapes.

Janeen+Chuck had diligently practiced their First Dance, and really had everyone amazed at their moves! And then again as Janeen danced with her son, and Chuck joined in for a family spin.
