Summer BMI Wedding :: Alex+James

Alex+James hosted one of the funnest Summer BMI weddings, and it was the perfect wedding venue for these two! I met up with the girls in their luxe waterfront suite overlooking the pool at the Sagamore Pendry Hotel in Fells Point. These girls were ready to rock, and were a fun crew while getting ready! On hand was Makeup by Farren and Hair by Linsay to glam up these already gorgeous babes! Before Alex slipped into her Pronovias wedding gown, she had a few special moments with her sister, girlfriends and her mom. We stole a few moments in the gorgeous courtyard of the Sagamore Pendry, and immersed ourselves in the lushness of the greenery. Meanwhile, the guys were busy imbibing from flasks and flamingos, before scooting from one side of town to the other.
Once everyone arrived at the Baltimore Museum of Industry and got their share of pre-ceremony popcorn and White Claws, the wedding ceremony began. James’ father officiated the ceremony, and the couple read their own tearful vows to one another. Afterwards, the party kicked off with a cocktail hour allowing guests to wander through the museum exhibits. Alex works for an hors d’oeuvres company, so you know the cocktail hour food was on point!! Chef’s Expressions put out an amazing spread of delicious foodage at stations throughout. Jason from District Remix pumped out the tunes, and the dance floor was on FIRE! Good thing there were make-your-own snowballs to cool everyone off!
