tPoz Photo got a Facelift!
I'm excited to share that tPoz Photography just got a facelift! Check out the new look of the website!
This blog is undergoing a transformation as well - and I thought I would have it finished today. However, switching from Blogger to WordPress is proving to be a little bit more complicated than I anticipated! But that will just give you guys something else to look forward to ;) Have a great week!

SUPERBOWL CHAMPS :: BALTIMORE RAVENS
So if you know me....you know that I am a HUUUUUUGE Ravens fan! Even though I grew up in Montgomery County (MoCo shoutout!!) and my dad is a Redskins fan....by the time I actually started enjoying football, I was in college at Towson, and Baltimore had its very own football team. I vividly remember the first time the Ravens went to the Super Bowl 12 years ago...and my girlfriends and I watched the game at Casa Mia's. I can close my eyes and remember the purple glow of the town, and hear the horns honking in celebration.
The days leading up to 6:30pm yesterday evening were exciting, anxious, and almost torturous - having to watch friends and former colleagues posting that they were IN New Orleans for the big game. Jealousy hit me HARD. The last time we were in the Super Bowl - there was no Facebook or Twitter, and I was blissfully unaware of how much fun everyone who was AT the SuperBowl was having. In the middle of the game last night - I messaged my brother and told him that if the Ravens ever make it back to the Super Bowl - that he and I were GOING!! My brother and I share a love for the Ravens, and even though he currently lives in Germany (with a 6 hour time difference - making him a super fan to stay up for the game!) we still message during every game - sharing in our elatedness and commiserating in dismay.
I watched the Ravens seal the deal in the last few seconds of the game, went outside of the bar I was in (Delia Foley's) and revelled in the insanity that had become of Federal Hill. And I imagine that 12 years from now - I'll still be able to close my eyes, and see the purple glow of my city, hear the horns honking in celebration, feel the vibration of the helicopter overhead, and remember the enormous pride in my heart.
Congratulations to the Baltimore Ravens!! Can't wait for the parade tomorrow!

Visionary Art Museum Wedding :: Faith+Jason
Oh Fuuuuuddddgggeee....Faith+
But first things first.... The boys prepped at a groomsman's house, and enjoyed some liquid courage at the bar that Faith+Jason met at - No Idea Tavern. Meanwhile Jenny Tomaszewski helped the girls get glammy at the Marriott, and Faith slipped into her custom made wedding gown. After some portraits at the Baltimore Hilton across the street, the girls jumped aboard the Ravens Bus, and headed over to Our Lady of Good Counsel in Locust Point.
After a very heartfelt and personal ceremony (where I totally think that the priest looks like Gordon Ramsey!), vows were proffered, rings were exchanged, and kisses sealed the deal! And we were off for an American Visionary Art Museum wedding reception! This couple bared the brisk December air, in the name of a few good portraits, and I love them for that!
Once the portraits were done - nothing was standing in their way of their ROCKING PARTY! DJ Jacob Jensen from Absolute Entertainment got the crowd pumped for Jason+Faith's grand entrance. They started off their first dance to a classic...and then mid-way, burst into Mariah Carey's "All I want for Christmas is You" which was AMAZEBALLS! Their dance set the tone for the rest of the crazy evening - with guests doing the splits, the worm, and gangnam style! Absolutely Perfect created all sorts of delicious stations, but my favorite might have been the FUUUUDGE fondue ;)
Jason+Faith - you two are phenomenal. You're the yin to each other's yang. You really are each other's besties. Your love and happiness is contagious, but it's certainly not FRA-GEE-LAAAAY. Must be Italian. ;)
