Ready to ROCK 2013, I am putting some of my goals, not only in writing, but out for all of the internets to hold me accountable. So in 2013, here are some of the goals I’d like to meet to grow my business.
Book and shoot 25 weddings in 2013
Book and shoot a same-sex wedding (Thanks to Maryland’s Question 6!)
Design and launch new website
Either redesign blog or switch to new blogging platform
Deliver wedding images in less time
Submit weddings for publication – 1x month
Book more surprise proposals – goal of 3x year
Blog at least 2x week
Include more personal blog posts – 1x month
Say NO to discounts and not feel bad about it.
Design and order 2 new sample albums
Create a production schedule and hang on wall
Networking – 1x month with wedding vendors
Blog weddings that I 2nd shot in 2011 and 2012!
Here are just a few of my personal goals too!
clear the clutter of my workspace!
clean out the basement
repaint the living room and bathrooms
buy/make a shoe/coat organizer
participate in the Photo-A-Day 365 project – with the goal of actually completing 200 days of it 😉
book a photo session for Poz and I (the best I have recently is a self-iPhone pic! ugh!)
print and frame favorite images
cook more often
eat at 10 new restaurants
give up fast food for January (omg I’m going to miss Five Guys!!!)
travel to see family in Florida and possibly Germany
talk the hubs into spending New Years Eve 2013 in our favorite place – St. Maarten!
develop a game plan to move into a home with more space and parking.
volunteer 1-2x’s a month
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
PS – I just realized that all of my business goals start with Capital letters, and all of my personal goals start with lower case letters….business in the front/party in the back!?
