The Belvedere Wedding in Baltimore :: Kathleen+Mike

The wedding party prepped at the Hotel Monaco Baltimore, and the mood was very relaxed in both the girls and the guys rooms. Angela from Behind the Veil was applying the final makeup touches, as I captured all of the details that Kathleen worked so hard to create herself. Her beautiful Watters dress hung above the bed, and Kathleen’s grandmother’s fur wrap was ready to keep the chill at bay. While it was brisk & chilly, it was practically summer compared to the winter we’ve just had! There was no snow on the ground, and we couldn’t see our breath – a win in my book! And the love and laughter from Kathleen+Mike’s The Belvedere wedding kept everyone warm at heart.
After a beautiful wedding ceremony at the Corpus Christi Church, everyone headed over to The Belvedere to get the party started! All of the little details highlighted their Baltimore background, as each table was named for a neighborhood, they drank from personalized flutes with the Utz Girl and the Boh guy, and favors were sugar cookies that beared the Boh guy’s resemblance. Kathleen+Mike performed a choreographed First Dance, complete with a lift & spin – it was awesome! One of my favorite deejays, Jason Wallace from Event Pro, was amazing as always, and the mashups kept the dance party going all night! A big thanks to Brea Shaw for helping me to capture all of the moments, and to my assistant, Megan Repass.
