It was a beautiful day, albeit very windy and chilly, as I arrived for Monique+Kenneth’s Osprey Point Inn wedding. But Monique stayed calm and positive, as we made the move to continue with her waterfront outdoor ceremony.
She made the long walk along the docks around to the aisle of the ceremony, wrapped in a pink pashmina. The ceremony was intimate, personal, and so totally about THEM! They planted a tree together, and Kenneth surprised everyone by dropping to his knees and singing a song he had written just for Monique.
Everything about their day was beautiful, and I could tell that Monique spent a lot of time handcrafting everything – her invitations, seating cards, guest book frame, programs, menus, etc. The Osprey Point Inn offered an amazing three course meal, and the sun setting right over the water was magical. The evening concluded with their guests surrounding them for a sparkler send-off!
