This destination wedding in Connecticut was in one word – FUN! I gave you a sneak peek HERE, and here is the rest! After a morning of beauty, the girls stopped at Luna Pizza for some quick grub & then the obligatory Starbucks drinks to get them pumped up! All the while, the boys were preparing with a little Jameson & lime popsicles while getting ready to rock their snazzy socks & ties! Beautiful weather graced us this beautiful June morning, and excitement was in the air! The details of a wedding make my heart go all a-flutter. And this wedding had details ga-LORE! Jaclyn + Mike put so much thought & effort into the details, and really made this wedding beautiful. The Wadsworth mansion was only an accent to the DIY details – which required trips to Michael’s Craft Store in 5 different states! Baltimore themed welcome bags, gorgeous table settings and centerpieces, beautiful silver trees dotted with jewels, the creative (and green!) placecards made of succulent plants, the wine tastings and the ever popular photo booth are just some of the items that got me excited! Several of their Baltimore friends, joined their Connecticut friends and family for a celebration of regal proportions. A big thanks to Josh Guiles, of J.Guiles Photography, who helped me capture the moments and details of the day.
When the barista asked Jaclyn for her name, she said “Bride”. What she got was “Brian”! Definitely made for a good laugh!
