Pier 5 Hotel Wedding :: Katherine+Matt

After Katherine+Matt’s fun South Baltimore engagement session, I was super excited for their Pier 5 Hotel wedding!  I arrived at Katherine’s childhood home as the girls finished getting ready, and enjoyed popping a bottle of champs to start the celebration!  We took a few moments to include the family pup in a couple of photos, as well as a tender moment between Katherine+her father. Katherine+her lifelong bff even got a photo of them with their stuffed teddy bears!  Once dressed, it was off to Harbor East for the First Look, and portraits before walking across the bridge to the ceremony.  The week of the wedding, the weather was looking a bit scary, and uncooperative with rain. Because of the forecast, they placed a tent over the Pier 5 gardens, to ensure that they would still have their outdoor ceremony.  Even though the rain clouds threatened, the sun prevailed and came out right before the ceremony started!  They sealed their vows with a fist bump, a high five & a kiss. 

Moore & Co Event Stylists pulled this wedding together, and the romantic decor of the ceremony and the reception was simply beautiful!   Ruth’s Chris catered the meal, which of course was amazing!  The dance floor never stopped, and I briefly thought at one point, that it was bouncing so much with everyone’s energetic dancing, that we were going to end up crashing through the floor!  Katherine+Matt – I loved working with the two of you so much!!  Congratulations again on your amazing Pier 5 Hotel wedding!
