Stephanie+Stephen’s Wedding at The Willard Intercontinental Hotel in Washington, DC, reflected their love for travel, as well as for one another. They were firm in their stance on only inviting their close friends & family to celebrate with them. As a result, they were surrounded by so much love! I started the day with the girls in a suite at The Willard Intercontinental Hotel, before the bride+groom shared their sweet First Look.
After some elegant portraits, we ordered an Uber, and we were off to the wedding ceremony at Holy Rosary Church. I loved how Stephen+Stephanie processed and recessed down the aisle together! They shared an intimate ceremony, and a receiving line to greet their guests, and after that, we headed back to The Willard Hotel to get the party started! The ballroom was elegantly decked out with florals by Toulies en Fleur, and table numbers with photos that represented some of their favorite travel destinations. I enjoyed checking them all out, and subsequently began updating my bucket list . 😉
While their guests were dancing the night away, I stole the newlyweds out for some night shots with the Capitol Building, and the Washington Monument. What a perfect location for the iconic DC venues to serve as a backdrop! I also loved The Willard looming large in the background.

My jaw literally dropped when I got to the first room shot. Holy crap that venue is gorgeous. I also LOVE the night shots you got of them with the Washington Monument! Faves!
That pic of Stephanie twirling in her dress is everything! Also that cake with the world map is so neat! The reception was just gorgeous and I love your night shots!
