Rosewood Farms Wedding :: Mandi+Randy

Just two months after documenting the Grand Opening of the new Maryland wedding venue, I had the honor of photographing Mandi+Randy’s Rosewood Farms wedding! This wedding venue is just what Maryland and Delaware were waiting for – a light & bright space that can be customized to fit your vision!

Mandi and Randy took full advantage of having the Bridal Cottage and the Groom’s Suite for their wedding day preparations. With so much space, and beautifully decorated, I kind of want to spend a whole weekend there! The brightly lit space for hair and makeup, as well as a full kitchen, dining room, living areas and 2 changing rooms makes the Bridal Cottage the perfect space for the girls to get ready. Meanwhile, over in the Groom’s Lounge, the guys have plenty of space to relax and chill – maybe play a game of pool or watch college games on the big screen. I love that both the garage door & the wall of windows open up to let the fresh air in.

The couple opted to have their wedding ceremony outside by the pond, which was perfect for a summer affair. A beautiful arch, decorated by pink and white flowers accentuated the backdrop of the ceremony site. After they said their I Do’s, guests headed over to cocktail hour at the Rustic patio area, which offers an indoor/outdoor option and plenty of space to enjoy the surroundings. The reception was held in the grand Rose Barn, which features an impressive silo that has been transformed into a bar!

The evening concluded with a sparkler exit, as guests wished the couple farewell. I also took a few minutes to create some fun night shots, spelling out L-O-V-E with a sparkler. Images like those are challenging, but they are some of my favorites to create! All in all, this was a beautiful wedding day at one of my new favorite wedding venues!
