If soft romance, classic elegance, and a lively party make you swoon – check out Nicole+Brian’s Walter’s Art Museum wedding!!
Nicole prepped at the Wyndham Peabody Hotel, surrounded by her best girlfriends, mom & sister. She anxiously sat in the chair, wringing her hands, and trying to decide what to do with her rings, as Amie Decker Beauty and Studio 1612 glammed her up. Meanwhile, Brian+the guys were also at the hotel, prepping for the “Battle of a Lifetime” – with rounds of champagne!
After an exuberant First Look between these two lovebirds, we got to spend a nice chunk of time with them for portraits. We had to compete with several other wedding parties who were at the Washington Monument in Mount Vernon to get a good shooting space, but in the end, we definitely got the best spots & this bridal party made it FUN!
After a candlelit ceremony in the courtyard at the Walters Art Museum, guests were treated to an amazing meal by Simply Elegant Catering, and a delish cake from Sugarbakers. Lovely toasts followed, and then Nicole+Brian got the party started, and Nicole kicked it off by doing her signature “worm” move on the dance floor! DJ Ray Der kept the guests out on the dance floor, and had them rocking until late in the evening, when the after-party continued on to Ropewalk. Lemon & Lime Event Design helped to create Nicole’s vision of a classic, elegant affair, and totally knocked it out of the ballpark! A big thank you to Ashley Sullivan for helping me to capture the moments of the day!
Much Love, ♥ tPoz
